Internal BleedingI started looking down  from where I'm standing now  and I don't like what I see  somehow I really doubt  you would ever reach out  to try to save me  it doesn't hurt much anymore  since I walked out that door  I couldn't share in your disease   
I was out on my own  never knowing what I was needing  slowly dying inside my head  from this internal bleeding   
silently I bled inside  until everything good had died  but I know you don't even care  your life went right on  before I was even gone  not shedding a single tear  but you'll never s Internal Bleeding
